Zumba is a dance fitness program created by dancer and choreographer Alberto "Beto" Perez in Colombia during the 1990s. The program combines international music with dance in an effort to make exercise fun. Zumba classes are offered through licensed instructors in more than 110,000 locations in over 125 countries.[1] Based on salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaeton and other international music styles and forms. Check out this website for more info and classes near you, its a super fun way to exercise! I have been going to zumba classes for nearly two months and would recommend it to everyone.
I found out that there is a Zumba game for the wii, playstation and Xbox and was so excited to try it. The game is really good and gets you sweating. You can take 20 minute and 45 minute classes or just do a single routine. Obviously it isnt as good as the real thing because I find it difficult sometimes to tell what the instructor on the game is actually doing and how she is moving. The game is good to use on its own or as well as the classes. I purchased by on amazon for £20.99. Check out the video more info on the game.

Jelena its sooooo fun, you should so try it. When I first tried it I was laughing so much because I have a male teacher and he was moving and shaking his hips better than the women but once the class finishes I feel so good and not fat lol
